The Kentucky Nurses Association and Lexington’s Fit & Fierce Studio have teamed up to host an event aimed at promoting health and wellness among frontline workers.
“As a nurse what you see is that you’re so used to giving yourself to other people you’re rarely taking time to give 100% to yourself, so in order to help other people be healthy it’s really important that you yourself stay healthy,” Arica Brandford, with KNA, said.
Calling all healthcare workers: if you head to 210 Corral Street now you’ll find a free event just for YOU. The goal is to promote the health and wellness of frontline workers during #COVID19.
